This is such a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient, the food is amazing, the pool and spa was great and the gardens were beautiful. We made use of the free bikes to cycle round the lake. We had a very nice double room but I really wished we’d booked one with a big flower filled balcony. Next time!
It was 5 stars hotel with amazing mountains and pool view, beautiful interior and exterior design, the best pool Ive ever experienced, all the people in reception were so friendly and welcoming, they offer a free ride to the cable car, and if you want to go on cycling, they offer free bikes! I can’t recommend it enough, best restaurant is in the hotel, with live music and relaxing environment, amazing service .
